Caracas, 4 de marzo de 2026<\/strong>.- La presidenta encargada de la Rep\u00fablica Bolivariana de Venezuela, Delcy Rodr\u00edguez, recibi\u00f3 al secretario de Interior de Estados Unidos de Am\u00e9rica, Doug Burgum, en el Palacio de Miraflores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El alto funcionario es conocido por ser un empresario tecnol\u00f3gico y el exgobernador de Dakota del Norte durante el periodo 2016-2024. Su cargo como secretario de Interior de EE. UU. lo asumi\u00f3 con un enfoque en pol\u00edticas energ\u00e9ticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Burgum tambi\u00e9n lidera el Consejo Nacional de Dominio de la Energ\u00eda (NEDC, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s), una estructura creada por la administraci\u00f3n estadounidense en 2025 para centralizar la pol\u00edtica energ\u00e9tica, acelerar la producci\u00f3n de combustibles f\u00f3siles y reducir regulaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A su llega al pa\u00eds fue recibido por Oliver Blanco, viceministro para Europa y Am\u00e9rica del Norte en el Aeropuerto Internacional Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar de Maiquet\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
